You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN active to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 individual returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships in-store.
