Job summary

Intuit is seeking energized TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will grow the local client base, provide personalized tax planning, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Applicants must be tax professionals with active licenses, PTIN, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
