Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing your local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

You’ll interact with customers daily, assist with local marketing, and build long‑term relationships. Candidates should have active tax licenses, substantial tax prep experience, and be comfortable in

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Ability to build local community presence and content.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long‑term clients.
