Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to individuals and small businesses, while growing the local TurboTax client base through proactive outreach.

You’ll partner with TurboTax marketing and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions, connect with the community, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax preparation expertise.
• PTIN required to file taxes and work on returns.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.
