Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering hands-on tax preparation, exploring deductions, and guiding customers toward positive financial outcomes.

Join a dynamic team, support local marketing efforts, and help build a loyal, multi-year customer relationship in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
Utilize government sources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
Engage in local community marketing efforts and events supporting TurboTax.
