Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in our retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, lead community outreach, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

In this role, you will be the public face of TurboTax locally, build relationships, and support marketing efforts while delivering an outstanding customer experience and tailoring advice to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a friendly, professional manner at TurboTax retail locations.
• Engage with the community to grow local and online TurboTax presence and education.
