Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in our local TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax services, engage with the community, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care.

This role emphasizes on-site customer service, tax knowledge, and building lasting relationships within your local market.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador in local TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
