Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with simple to complex returns and offering ongoing financial guidance.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax guidance using government resources and professional tools.
• Build local client relationships and contribute to community marketing efforts.
