Job summary

Intuit Inc. invites motivated professionals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

The role is on-site, serving in-person customers who rely on TurboTax products, delivering full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. You will grow our local client base, attract new clients, and nurture long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN and state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site work at TurboTax locations.
• Willingness to work Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging the local community and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
