Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, applying deep tax knowledge in everyday language to help clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation using TurboTax tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and personalized service.
