Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our year-round retail or flagship locations nationwide. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll combine tax knowledge with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, conduct reviews, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, building trust and turning one-time visits into long-term relationships while representing the TurboTax brand in the local

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season with professional software.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week; weekends may apply.

Responsibilities

Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
