Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software/products for customers in person.

You will also be a proactive community ambassador, growing TurboTax presence, attracting new clients, and building lasting relationships while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and build client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
