Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation and software support using TurboTax products.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, nurture relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning in everyday language.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
