Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and product support while building a trusted relationship with customers.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, engage in outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through clear, personalized tax guidance and accessible resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, including Sundays/Saturdays.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach initiatives.
