Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community and expanding the client base.

This year-round, on-site role requires a tax professional with active licensure and a strong knowledge of tax law. A bilingual EN/ES skill is a plus and a uniform will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal & state).
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Must reside in the United States and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a community ambassador and local face for TurboTax at a retail location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
