Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for customers using TurboTax products.

You will grow your local client base, participate in marketing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building long-term relationships. A licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney) is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize government resources and team knowledge to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals and long-term trust.
