Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, proactive outreach, and delivering superior service in a busy retail environment. A strong tax background, active PTIN, and relevant state licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, ~20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
