Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform tax preparation, give advice, and support software use, while proactively growing a local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement and a superior customer experience. A valid tax credential and PTIN are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build local client relationships.
