ADP, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Systems & Operations Support to enhance retail efficiency through dedicated operational and technology support across markets. This role focuses on optimizing in-store tech usage, supporting openings/closures, and ensuring teams are proficient with current systems.

Expect collaboration with IT, Market Leads, and Retail & Education teams to simplify processes and refocus efforts on profitable growth. Hybrid work with onsite weekly at Benefit Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years in retail operations or store systems support.
• Knowledge of Booxi, Ayden, PBI, Envoy, Yext, and Google My Business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and tech support to markets for in-store systems.
• Assist with new store openings and closures and ensure store teams are proficient in processes.
• Manage ad-hoc market requests and deliver upskilling/training materials.
• Collaborate with IT, Market Leads, and Retail & Education teams to simplify processes.
• Own Booxi platform market support—invite new users, manage access, and audit settings.
• Manage audits for Yext and Google My Business and ensure listings are up to date.
• Support Cegid in-store efforts—upload sales conditions, run store reports, and inventory support.
• Translate field feedback into actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
