The role blends customer service, sales enablement, and warehouse support, demanding high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. You will be the connective tissue between customers, sales, vendors, and operations—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks while maintaining CRM/ERP records and supporting ongoing vendor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Assist customers at the counter and via phone with orders, quotes, and inquiries.
• Communicate proactively with branch and corporate teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Triage and qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to the right salesperson.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records with notes, next steps, stages and follow-ups.
• Pick, pack, ship, receive and stock inventory in warehouse.
• Maintain organized showroom and warehouse environment; support onboarding.
