Benefit Cosmetics is seeking an Associate Manager, Systems & Operations Support to streamline in-store technology and processes across markets in California. You’ll partner with IT, Market Leads, and the Retail & Education team to optimize platforms, support openings/closures, and deliver upskilling opportunities for retail teams.

Responsibilities include owning Booxi, Yext, Envoy, Google My Business integration, driving data refreshes, and translating field insights into practical enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, store systems support, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Booxi, Ayden, PBI, Envoy, Yext, and Google My Business is highly preferred.

• Store Systems & Technology Integration: Enhance retail efficiency by providing dedicated operational and technology support to our markets.
• Training & Upskilling: Deliver regular training sessions to maximize retail employees’ proficiency with in-store technology.
• Operational Support & Process Improvement: Build a cadence of data refreshes for tech push reporting; manage ad-hoc market requests.
• Platform Ownership & Market Support: Own Booxi platform market support and manage listings and store reports.
