Job summary

ADP, a global provider of cloud-based HCM solutions, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to drive change management and support the Sales & Partnerships org with analytics and automation. It’s a hybrid role aligned to Maitland, FL, Florham Park, NJ, or Tempe, AZ offices.

You’ll own rev-share tech, manage programs, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate payouts. You’ll need 3–5 years in business analytics or revenue-related operations, advanced Excel/SQL, and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or revenue share related functions.
• Experience managing business systems and technology platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, configuration, testing, and deployment of revenue share technology.
• Act as business administrator and SME for rev-share system.
• Manage enhancements, access, and maintenance; identify improvements with tech teams.
• Develop requirements, data mappings, and workflows; ensure CRM/financial system data flow.
• Monitor performance, data accuracy, and revenue attribution logic.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue share programs across partner channels.
• Validate eligibility, contracts, commission structures, and payout rules.
• Coordinate onboarding, profile configuration, and partner inquiries; train stakeholders.
• Review revenue share calculations, reconcile data, and support audits.
