Job summary

Carhartt is seeking a Senior Retail Systems Support Analyst in Dearborn, MI, to maintain and support retail systems including POS, kiosks, and store openings. The role is hybrid, with on-site requirements and on-call responsibilities, and reports to the Manager, Retail Systems.

You will manage incident SLAs, collaborate with IT and operations, lead store tech rollouts, test new functionality, and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of Retail POS configuration or development with PCI/DSS experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an IT support environment.
• Minimum 5 years in MS Windows OS environment, including Windows 10/11, scripting, imaging, networks, and registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to retail stores diagnosing and resolving POS and related issues.
• Maintain incident management using ITSM tools and monitor store system uptime.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to drive configurations and maintenance.
• Lead rollout of new store technologies, upgrades, and openings.
• Assist with testing and validation of system functionality before deployment.
• Create and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide insights to improve reliability and user experience.
• Generate reports using store data for stakeholders.
• Align system functionality with business needs in collaboration with IT and operations.
• Act as liaison translating support needs into system requirements.
• Partner with internal and third-party teams on projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
