Job summary

Belk in Florida is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. You will unload deliveries, apply RFID tags, support floor sets, assist with merchandise presentations, and help with store recovery, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from deliveries and prepare products for sale.
• Process sensor tags, transfers, and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Support facilities maintenance and housekeeping.
• Assist with floor sets, promotions, and price changes.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist during peak times.
• Maintain organization and replenish supplies.
• Collaborate with merchandising and fulfillment teams.
• Follow safety and asset protection procedures.
