Job summary

Belk is seeking a Support Flex Associate in Jacksonville, FL to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will process inbound truck deliveries, prepare new merchandise for the floor, and support floor sets, fulfillment, and inventory tasks.

You’ll assist with facilities upkeep, maintain clean and organized back-of-house areas, and work closely with merchandising to ensure product readiness and accurate signage.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and goal-oriented.
• Ability to stay organized and learn operational processes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department.
• Process products, hang items, and prep merchandise for sales floor.
• Apply sensor tags and manage product transfers and damage processing.
• Assist with facilities tasks like lighting, upkeep and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, merchandising, promo sets, and price changes.
• Replenish supplies and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Learn store procedures and stay informed on products and promotions.
• Enhance customer in-store experience and assist during peak times.
• Contribute to positive store culture and teamwork.
• Follow asset protection and safety protocols to minimize risk.
