Job summary

Belk in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. This hourly role handles inbound truck deliveries, merchandise prep, and back-of-house organization to keep the store ready for customers.

You will support floor sets, promotions, and order picking, while assisting the merchandising team and maintaining cleanliness. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience.
• Clear communication with customers and team.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing store needs and inventory tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from deliveries and prep products for sales floor.
• Assist with floor sets, merchandising, and price changes.
• Process inventory tasks, including tagging, transfers, damage, and RFID as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize back-of-house areas and tools.
• Support checkout flow and fulfill customer orders as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Follow safety guidelines and asset protection procedures.
