Total Wine & More in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Store Supervisor to support management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service to customers. You will help build a sales and service culture and report to the store management team.

You will lead a service-focused team, supervise staff, and drive KPIs while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in supervision in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and maintain safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
