Job summary

Total Wine & More is looking for a Supervisor to help lead store operations, deliver best-in-class service, and drive a sales-driven culture. You will supervise staff, support training, ensure regulatory compliance for alcohol sales, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers across the store.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support ongoing training and product knowledge development.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing alcohol sales and store safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
