Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisory team member in Roseville, CA to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver top-tier customer service. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, including supervisory experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere, and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
