Total Wine & More in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Supervisor to assist the store management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will lead by example, supervise staff, and support training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory management. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
