IT’SUGAR in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead store operations, deliver a SWEET customer experience, and act as a Leader on Duty guiding a passionate team. You will coach Sales Associates, maintain visual standards, drive sales through engaging service, manage POS transactions, and plan events and promotions to elevate the brand presence.

Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required; this is a steppingstone toward management with growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 32–40 hours weekly.
• Retail sales and customer service excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to foster a productive environment.
• Maintain store visual standards and organize the sales floor.
• Operate POS and cash handling with accuracy during all transactions.
• Plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Support store manager and assist with inventory and LP compliance.
