Job summary

IT’SUGAR in Miami is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver a SWEET customer experience. The Supervisor will oversee daily store functions, coach Sales Associates, and act as a Leader on Duty to ensure sales objectives are met.

You should have 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, be able to work 32–40 hours weekly, and embrace IT’SUGAR’s playful brand. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work 32–40 hours a week and operate a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the store and ensures that sales objectives are met.
• Fosters a productive work environment through coaching and training of Sales Associates.
• Promotes safety and adheres to company guidelines.
• Lead on Duty to identify challenges and implement solutions.
• Merchandises displays to visual guidelines and supports brand image.
