IT’SUGAR in Massachusetts is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver a SWEET customer experience. You will act as a Leader on Duty, supervise team members, and help meet sales goals while upholding the brand energy.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, training, and employee discounts. Must be 18+, 2 years retail, 1 year supervisory experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Leader On Duty and oversee daily store operations.
• Ensure sales objectives are met and coach sales associates.
• Promote our brand and deliver a SWEET customer experience.
• Maintain store visual standards and safety guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate events and promotions.
