Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a Retail Keyholder in Delray Beach, FL to deliver a SWEET customer experience and support store operations. You’ll handle sales floor merchandising, assist customers, and run register duties, including opening or closing the store when needed.

You’ll join a fun, vibrant team that emphasizes humor, bold visuals, and memorable service while providing flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service: assist customers with requests and inquiries; follow our engagement model; maintain store visuals.
• Achieve Sales Goals: follow customer requests for items and suggest additional products; explain benefits and prices.
• Support Store Operations: cash handling, opening/closing procedures, merchandise displays, assist in events/promotions.
