Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead through coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on leadership to drive results, inspire the team, and maintain store standards. This role engages customers, coordinates operations, and contributes to growth while upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to execute action plans and operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments, and conveying directives.
• Set daily goals and provide performance feedback to managers and associates.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and reward associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across the store.
