Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager, develop outstanding associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador, driving growth and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach teams, manage operations, and ensure daily goals are met while supporting peak shifts, weekends and holidays. Strong communication and customer-first focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Customer-first retail mindset with the ability to coach in-the-m moment.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or store issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and drive results.
• Execute opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and monitor performance.
