Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across the store.

Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team—retail and customer-savvy brand ambassadors who thrive on connections with customers, coaching teams, and sustaining high standards of service and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused selling culture experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate store situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Leadership tasks including Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily directions for the team and provide feedback.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
