Job summary

As a front-line leader, you will coach associates, manage daily priorities, and ensure safety and consistency in service. Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead opening/closing routines and ensure adherence to bank, shipment, and company directives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety, store appearance, and adherence to policies.
