Job summary

Total Wine & More in Los Angeles seeks a capable Supervisor to support store operations, grow our brand, and deliver best-in-class service. You will help build a sales and service culture that showcases a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

Reporting to the store management team, you will supervise team members, assist with training and coaching, drive KPIs, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching peers and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Drive sales and key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
