Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to assist the store management team in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will lead by example to foster a knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve customer issues while supporting training and development for the team.

Responsibilities include supervising service, merchandising and front-end operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
