Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and cultivate a high‑performing sales and service culture in our Charlotte area location. You will assist the management team, lead front-end operations, and drive KPIs while ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service.
• Resolve customer issues and coach team members.
