Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to back up store management, support service excellence, and help build a knowledgeable sales environment for customers seeking a world of adult beverages and more. You will supervise staff, coach peers, and help ensure smooth front-end operations while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with 1+ year in supervision within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in growing the company brand and store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws governing alcohol sales and store safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
