Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support store operations and lead by example in delivering best-in-class service. You will help build a sales and service culture and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while coaching teammates.

As a frontline leader, you will oversee service, merchandising, and front-end operations, drive KPIs, resolve customer issues, and participate in training to grow product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail supervision or leadership.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support service, merchandising, and front-end operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
