Job summary

Total Wine & More in Charlotte, NC seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, build a sales and service culture, and lead by example to deliver best-in-class service for our customers.

You will supervise team members, assist training, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintain safety and cleanliness while contributing to KPI achievement. Evening and weekend availability is required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-minded approach
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store atmosphere
• Supervise team members and support their training and development
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store
