Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in Raleigh to support the management team and grow our store brand. You will lead a service-oriented culture, supervise staff, and model best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws.

You will collaborate with store leadership to drive sales, train staff on product knowledge, POS operations, and inventory control, while maintaining safety and a welcoming atmosphere for guests at all hours.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service.
• Lead by example to foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
