Total Wine & More in Raleigh, NC seeks a friendly cashier to deliver fast, accurate transactions and exceptional customer service. You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser, gaining product knowledge through wine, spirits and beer training.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and can work evenings and weekends. This role supports a variety of duties within a dynamic store environment while upholding all legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer customer inquiries and promote loyalty program.
• Bag products and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Greet customers, build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and a safe store environment.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and cross-functional duties as assigned.
