Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in Apex, NC to support store operations, build a sales-and-service culture, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will supervise team members, assist with training, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

You will report to the store management team and work evenings and weekends as needed, contributing to KPIs and total rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ year supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues; coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Lead service team and front-end operations to drive sales.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol sale laws and store safety.
