Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in Towson, MD. You will develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and positively impact store growth.

You will lead store initiatives, coach the team, and ensure operational excellence across opening, closing, and daily tasks. You will hire, train, and motivate staff, manage performance, and uphold company standards while modeling strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills to manage store issues and customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening and closing routines, manage deposits, and interpret company directives.
• Set daily shift goals and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery, product information, demos, and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, store appearance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
