Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. Leaders are expected to be retail-savvy, brand ambassadors who thrive on connections with customers.

The role involves managing talent, executing store operations, and coaching teams to meet sales goals while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment.
• Requires availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipment.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
