Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store operations including opening/closing, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to execute action plans and improve results.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
